We highly appreciate hospitals that can supply newly prescribed non packed medications, and we will organise and deliver any packed medication changes. We deliver everyday including Weekend’s and Public Holidays.
Please note, new resident’s to an aged care facilities that are discharged from hospital will need a pharmacy admission form and pharmacy direct debit form to be filled prior to our supply. This is to ensure the NOK or patient is happy to have their medications managed by us or their own pharmacy.
Pharmacy admission forms can be filled at the aged care facility or email us and request a copy of our form for the NOK or patient to fill at the hospital.
